SHIPPING INFO RETURN POLICY

Shipping Info


- Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday EST (Eastern Time) will be processed within 24-48 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS / DHL for all orders.
 

RETURN

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.moisstudio.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
-Return are not available for Made-to-order pieces.
-Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for exchanges. 
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used. 
- Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Customers need to handle the return shipping fee by themselves. 
- Mois Studio reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
 
EXCHANGES
- We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.moisstudio.com the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
- Once the exchange item is received to the Mois studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. 
- Customers need to handle the exchange shipping fee by themselves. 
 
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
-If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at 
moisstudioofficial@gmail.com.
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
-Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by USPS/DHL will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
-All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange request on sale items will not be accepted.
